Only the second week of school and Coby was hauled of from school to the ER in an ambulance no less! Poor guy tripped and fell running to get in line from recess. Apparently he doesn't remember that part. The part he does remember is mumbling to his teacher while standing in line and then passing out in her arms!! He seriously didn't have a mark on any other part of his body, so it must have been all head on the concrete.
Worst part is, the school tried to call me and I had left my phone in the car while I was grocery shopping--40 minutes after the accident I got the messages, and met them at the hospital. After a CAT scan they decided he had suffered a concussion, but was fine to go home. SCARY!

That is totally scary. Maybe our boys were getting their CAT scans the same time or at least the same day. Poor guy!
Ahhhh - kids are so scary!! I am glad he is okay - they look so cute on their first day of school!
Back to school so early!? Poor guy - what a stinky way to start off the year.
Ough! So happy that he is ok! Scary for both son and mom. Let's see, only how many more years to experience watching our children grow up>>> We're still experiencing it if that gives you a hint. (Wouldn't change a thing...growing is good) Love Mom H.
